Nick serves as our dedicated Operations Manager, equipped with both a Certificate III and IV in Drilling Operations. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of drill rigs and crews, ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality management requirements. He manages all aspects of drilling operations, from procurement thorough to review of drilling activity logs and conducting project completion reviews for continuous improvement. Beyond his managerial responsibilities, Nick brings extensive expertise to his role, specialising as a Geotechnical and Environmental Driller. He is well-versed across all drilling operations and safe operation of multiple drill rigs. His commitment to upholding safety standards and ensuring project efficiency is evident in his attention to detail and proactive engagement with onsite operations.
